Production & events

The part of the job that happens on location.

Shoots, openings, press conferences, creator trips and activations across Mexico, the Caribbean and Latin America. Call sheets, crews, vendors, and a run of show that holds when the weather does not.

What I actually do on these

I am the person who decides the order of the day and then keeps it. That means scouting and shot lists with the creative team, booking and briefing crews and talent, tracking the budget and the invoices, standing on property while it shoots, and sending the recap afterwards. Most of it happens in Spanish and English in the same afternoon.

01Mexico & the Caribbean · 2024–2026Producer, on property

Resort openings, reopenings and rebrands

10+ properties, on location.

Producer and project manager on property for grand openings, reopenings and brand conversions across more than ten resorts. Scouting and shot lists with the creative team, call sheets and schedules for photo, video and brand film crews, talent and staff wrangling, and the daily resets when weather or construction moved the plan. The Secrets Playa Mujeres resort film came out of one of those weeks.

NTN24 Destino Exclusivo

One feature became a recurring TV segment.

Produced destination features with NTN24, an international news network broadcasting across Latin America, and its lifestyle programme Flash Moda. One Curaçao feature turned into Destino Exclusivo, a recurring segment built around our properties with a fixed format: six segments, two on-camera interviews and one featured destination piece per shoot. I ran the shoots on property and approved every script for tone of voice in Spanish. Across the alliance the work reached 4.08M digital views and a TV audience of roughly 4.8M across 25 countries, and I negotiated preferential terms on the alliance, including on the format itself and on crew.

03Solace Health · 2026Research & pre-production

Patient stories, from insight to shoot

Cast from research, not a casting call.

I ran Solace’s qualitative research programme and turned it into a content pipeline. I designed the questionnaires and interviewed patients and advocates, then used what they actually said to find the stories worth filming. From there I built the quarterly brand production proposal: hero story one-pagers, sourcing and vetting the people, arranging releases, and writing the scripts and pre-production briefs the crew would shoot from. The flagship was a veteran patient story. The same interviews rewrote the messaging on a national print ad between drafts.

Hyatt Vivid grand opening creator trip

Nine creators, three countries, one week on the island.

Ran the creator programme for the Hyatt Vivid grand opening end to end: sourcing and contracting nine creators from the U.S., Mexico and Colombia, building the itinerary and shoot schedule, briefing each one on brand voice, and keeping the week moving on property. It produced 126 pieces of content, 9.1M impressions, a 10.6% engagement rate and 93% positive sentiment.

05Colombia · Multi-day routeActivation project manager & host

Rodando por una Sonrisa

1,000 km, one press conference, a lot of walkie-talkies.

Project-managed the activation logistics for a nearly 1,000 km charity ride funding cleft palate surgeries for children, and hosted the opening press conference, which aired on Colombian national television. Route support, staging, press logistics, partner coordination and the agenda every team worked from.

06Cancún · 2025Run of show

Cancún Travel Mart FAM trip

Every minute accounted for.

Built the minute-by-minute run of show for the Cancún Travel Mart 2025 FAM trip: arrivals, property visits, meals, transfers and hand-offs between teams, with an owner on every line and buffer where the day usually slips.

07Buenos Aires, Mexico, ColombiaSponsorships & activations

Sponsorships, races and pop-ups

Five thousand runners, one start line.

Sponsorship and brand activation work alongside the shoots: the UNICEF 10K in Buenos Aires with 5,000 runners, family-brand mall pop-ups in Mexico, Cinemark Colombia, and LGBTQ safe-tourism campaigns in Curaçao. Vendor sourcing, on-site staging, partner briefing and budget tracking on each one.

How a production runs

A shoot day is a schedule with weather in it.

01

Pre-production

Scout, shot list, call sheet, permits and releases. The arguments happen on paper, before anyone is on a plane.

02

Run of show

Minute by minute, an owner on every line, and buffer built in where the day actually slips. Everyone works from the same document.

03

Vendors and crew

Quotes and scopes, freelance crews, talent agreements, and a brief they can shoot from without calling me twice.

04

On site

Weather, a delayed flight, a property still under construction. Reset the day, tell everyone at once, keep the shoot list intact.
