How I work

Start with the business problem, then decide what marketing can actually solve.

Campaigns rarely fail because the idea was bad. They fail in the hand-offs.

01

Audience first

Who it is for, what is in their way, and what makes the next step obvious. Usually that means asking them directly rather than guessing from a dashboard.

02

Structure frees creative

Clear owners, real deadlines, and a brief that answers questions before they are asked. Teams move faster when nobody is waiting to find out who owns step four.

03

Brand and performance are not opposites

The brand promise is what makes the channel convert. I have worked on both sides of that line and the handover between them is where most of the value leaks out.

04

Localization is not translation

Spanish in Miami is not Spanish in Los Angeles, and neither is Spanish in Mexico City. I write each market its own version rather than translating one.
